To sit down and still have a flat stomach


Working out sucks but.. Having a muffin top sucks more. 

I'm so tired of saying I'll start tomorrow.

Where in there are a lot of reasons why I should start working my  ass off. 

You should workout because it makes you happy and being stronger, leaner, happier, and more capable can make your life easier.

Its been 3 weeks since I started with the 30 day squat challenge and today I decided to do it along with the 30 day crunch challenge so I can get the body I always dream of lol. So yeah I'm starting the whole 30 day challenge again today.

have to admit that I have my ups and downs with the exercise habit. I experiences consist of starting and stopping and starting again. But I learned that it's fine and the important thing is starting again. :) 

Start your motivation. Find what drives you want to change. What is one reason why you want to get healthy and fit? What do you want to look like? How do you want to feel about yourself and who do you want to prove wrong? Only you can find what will truly motivate you and keep you motivated and that's what you need to be asking yourself. 

"I want the confidence. I want excellent health. I want the highest fitness level possible. I want the stamina. I want people who ever doubted me to gasp in shock. I want to prove to everyone that I was and am strong enough." That is what I keep on telling my self. 

Eating clean and work out properly. No soft drinks and processed foods.. I know I'll get there :)
